Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unopened, unused products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To start a return, please email us at support@naturallypureskin.com with your order details and reason for return.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you via email

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items or promotional bundles

  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’re truly sorry. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at support@naturallypureskin.com — we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
